What we collect

- The topic of your request, your preferred contact method, and the content of your message
- Technical security data, such as spam-protection signals and basic logs, to keep the service reliable
Why we collect it
We do not use the data for any other purpose: we process it only so we can contact you and understand roughly why you reached out to us.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give when submitting the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Who can access it
Your contact request data may be seen by Bogi and the company's employees who receive notifications about incoming contact requests. We do not share the data for marketing purposes and do not use it for another service without your consent.
Where we store it
We may store contact request data in Firebase/Google Cloud and in a local database running on our own server located in Romania. Google/Firebase may act as a technical service provider/data processor in this process.
Spam protection
To prevent abuse, we may use technical spam protection such as Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA checks. These tools help distinguish genuine user requests from automated abuse.
Retention
We store contact request data until you ask us to delete it. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from the contact system.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To make such a request, contact us through the details provided on the contact page.
Complaints
If you believe the data processing is not appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
